Graduated Massey 1984 with BBS Valuation and Property Management. Ian joined the team of Ashworth Lockwood Limited in 1997 and handles all facets of urban/commercial/industrial property. Ian commenced valuing with the Valuation Department in Hamilton in 1984 then later working with Commercial Property in Wellington in both a property portfolio/Regional Management capacity and as a Registered Valuer with TSE Group. Ian transferred back to the Waikato in 1994 working in private practice particularly in regard to commercial and residential property throughout the Waikato.
