John undertakes rural and urban valuations specialising in dairy, sheep & cattle plus lifestyle blocks. John is also active in the farming consultancy field having had wide experience in the rural industry ranging from soil conservation, work in the Manawatu Catchment Board to working with the Rural Bank in Auckland & Kaitaia. Prior to undertaking a sharemilking contract in the Waikato, he was a Technical Advisor for New Zealand Farmers Fertiliser Company in Morrinsville. John returned to consultancy/valuation work in 1988 becoming a Director of Ashworth Lockwood Limited in 1990. He is a former Branch Chairman of the NZIPIM and current Committee Member, and serves on the executive of Fertmark Quality Council - a position he has held for the past 10yrs.
