Ashworth Lockwood has been established since the 1960’s, originally known as Ashworth & Associates which was based in Morrinsville. In 1997, Archbold & Co, a firm that was always strong in urban valuation in Hamilton City, was merged with Ashworth Lockwood. The acquisition has made the firm of Ashworth Lockwood Ltd one of the larger Valuation firms in Hamilton and the greater Waikato, offering a comprehensive valuation service for a wide range of Urban, Commercial and Rural properties.

Ashworth Lockwood Limited is a Valuation, property and agricultural consultancy practice based in Hamilton. The practice was originally established in 1960 as Ashworth & Associates and has been operating under the current name since 1990. The merger of Archbold & Co & Ashworth Lockwood in 1997 has enabled a further expansion of the practice to provide an extensive commercial and industrial service while continuing to expand it’s rural valuation, property supervision and consultancy practice.
There are currently three Directors with two valuers employed, a part-time consultant and two administration staff.
